- Own the development and maintenance of new and existing solutions which are focused on driving efficiency within the business via analysis, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
- Partner with business teams to consult, develop and implement KPIs, as well as automated reporting and process solutions.
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
- Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports and dashboards that will help translate analytics insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.
- Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
- Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience in financial/business analysis
- 5+ years of SQL and business analysis experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders through datadriven business recommendations
