    One of our Public Sector clients is looking for an experienced Rent and Service Charge Accountant to join the team on a 6 month basis.

    Key ResponsibilitiesImplementing service charge budgets and working closely with the property management teamCalculating service charge billingsAnalysing and reporting variances to budgetReconciling tenant recovery of service charges and setting up new service chargesReconciling service charge cash flowTraining existing team on service chargesHelp to sort out queries we receiveDocumenting process and proceduresCo-ordinating preparation for 25/26 rent and service chargesThe successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and have a thorough understanding of RICS.

    You will be able to work in small teams and build relationships with colleagues and property managers as well as help train less experienced staff and help them develop.
