- Responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of operations, from merchandising to distribution, customer service, and IT.
- Focus on achieving on-time delivery and accurate stocks to meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business growth plans.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain, collaborating with other department heads.
- Accountability for merchandising and stock delivery to retailers.
- Manage relationships with suppliers in the Far East, Europe, and the UK.
- Oversee 3PL warehouse performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Supervise Customer Service function, handling enquiries, orders, and challenges from retailers globally.
- Manage IT function, working on projects such as ERP, BI reporting, and user support.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience with direct accountability for stock, inventory, IT, and customer service teams.
- Background in grocery-volume retail highly desirable.
- Effective relationship builder with experience managing international suppliers.
- Experience supplying into retailers is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
