    Position Summary

    e.l.f. SKIN is looking for a creative and talented Associate Marketing Manager in the UK to join our dynamic, fast-paced team on a 6-month temporary contract.

    The Associate Marketing Manager will champion the brand in the UK and create 360° marketing plans with our key retailers and bring the brand to life with impactful story telling. The Associate Marketing Manager will support all aspects of the e.l.f. SKIN brand including retailer marketing plans, country level marketing plans and creative briefing. The role will also require significant cross functional work by creative cohesive plans that bring together teams including eComm, Paid Media, Email Marketing, International Sales, Supply Chain, Creative and Integrated Marketing.

    This is a great position for someone who is able to work in fast-paced environments with cross functional partners in while demonstrating calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will bring 3-4 years of relevant experience developing multifaceted marketing campaigns and product launch strategies. We are also looking for candidates with a bias towards bold action and the ability to execute with quality and speed along with the ability to organise, prioritise, and deliver multiple outputs concurrently under time constraints.

    Lastly, we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for beauty who follows beauty trends and influencers and is always among the first to know about new beauty launches.

    This position is based in our London Office in Angel, with 3 days a week in the office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the e.l.f. SKIN UK go-to-market strategy and execution. Bring together cross-functional teams on a regular cadence to create cohesive plans. Cross-functional teams include, but are not limited to: eComm, Paid Media, Email Marketing, International Sales, Supply Chain, Creative, Integrated Marketing.
    • Work closely with the US brand team to ensure the e.l.f. SKIN story-telling is consistent while being locally relevant for the UK market.
    • Develop quarterly marketing plans with key UK retailers. Plans to include digital, social, PR and influencer.
    • Create monthly reports on the success of marketing plans with retailers.
    • Collaborate with our the IMC team to create cohesive product launch strategies and 360° plans.

    Requirements:

    • BA or BS required
    • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience developing multifaceted marketing campaigns and product launch strategies, with the goal of raising brand awareness and driving new customer acquisition.
    • Beauty industry background strongly preferred
    • Able to work in fast-paced environments, with cross functional partners in multiple geographies, while also demonstrating calm under pressure
    • Bias towards bold action, and can execute with quality and speed
    • Ability to think creatively, build compelling, fresh ideas with a discerning brand eye
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple outputs concurrently under time constraints
    • Ability to generate meaningful marketing plans from sales and product insights
    • Must be team-oriented, responsive, comfortable collaborating and driving integration
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey thoughts clearly in PowerPoint; able to present with poise and confidence
    • Ability to act resourcefully and seek out ways to better the brand
    • Keen ability to develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing plans
    • Genuine passion for beauty, following trends and beauty influencers; be among the first to know about new beauty launches
