    Harper May is partnering with a leading manufacturing company dedicated to innovation, quality, and excellence.

    As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Director to lead their finance team and drive financial performance.

    As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of operations.

    You will oversee all financial activities, provide strategic financial guidance, and drive initiatives to optimise profitability and efficiency.
    Oversee the financial operations reporting to group CFO
    Manage the finance team to meet month end reporting requirements
    Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
    Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.

    Monitors and analyses department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

    Development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
    Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
    Support Director with special projects and workflow process improvements as required.
    Manage the accounting team.
    ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified or equivalent
    Proven experience in finance management.
    Strong leadership qualities.
    Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
    Auditing experience.
    Proficiency in accounting software.
