    Description

    We are looking for an Associate to support the Managing Director with new business development, research, client management, service delivery, and general business administration.

    A background in sales, recruitment, finance, or healthcare would be advantageous.

    Good communication, attention to detail, networking, and relationship-building skills are essential.

    The Job

    This is a highly varied role, and duties may change as the company grows.

    You will support the MD with all day-to-day tasks and be able to step in when they are not available.


    The role will include:
    Supporting business development

    Support new client acquisition.
    Attend exhibitions and events.
    Actively network.
    Run targeted campaigns to attract new clients.
    Promote the company online and in person.

    Researching and building contact databases

    Help build and maintain contact databases.
    Build relationships with key contacts.
    Research new contacts.
    Streamline data collection and improve CRM automation.

    Client onboarding and account management

    Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
    Effectively onboard new clients.
    Issue contracts.
    Gather information relevant to the service being provided.
    Respond promptly to all queries.
    Keep clients well informed and arrange regular update meetings.
    Build strong client relations and manage expectations.

    Supporting service delivery

    Create and proofread business sales literature.
    Create and upload business listings to the website, social platforms, and broker accounts.
    Oversee business sale launch campaigns.
    Liaise with key buyers to progress deals.
    Collect and pass on information requests and collate and share responses.
    Facilitate discussions between buyers and sellers.

    General business administration

    Plan and schedule meetings.
    Take minutes.
    Perform general bookkeeping tasks.
    Handle memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information.
    Provide complete administrative support.

    Skills Required

    Outstanding customer service.
    Good organisation and time management.
    Experience analysing financial data (beneficial).
    A keen eye for detail.
    Ability to quickly adapt and learn.

    Remuneration (FTE)

    ~£30,000 – £32,000 basic salary, negotiable depending on experience.
    ~ Bonus linked to service delivery tasks and bringing on clients - OTE salary £50,000.
    ~28 days holiday.
    ~ Training and development.
    ~ Remote working / flexible hours.
    ~ Part-time or full-time available.

    *This is a remote role, but the successful applicant would ideally need to be able to commit to twice-monthly face-to-face meetings near Princes Risborough (HP27 postcode area).
