    This is an exciting opportunity for you to work as Performance Analyst in our service charge, legal and support team.

    The Performance Analyst sits in the operations department and will play a crucial role contributing to the team's success by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to drive the continuous improvement of the operational support functions (service charges, legal, safeguarding and tenancy sustainment).

    Working across the Operations Directorate supporting the Heads of Service Charge, Head of Support and Legal and Assistant Director of Service Charges and Support, you will ensure their teams have access to the right data as an effective tool to improve and adapt our service offer.

    Gather, analyse, and interpret data to provide insights into performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and support strategic data driven decision-making.

    You will deliver digestible business reporting and performance data to the teams with clear analysis that help monitor business risk, team and individual performance and drive improvement.

    Translating data into meaningful concepts that people relate to.
    Lead team and organisational projects, particularly where performance and data analysis work is required to deliver team objectives. Present data in a way that is meaningful to the audience and recommend approaches to improve performance.
    You will need to work across the business, talking to staff, understanding their working methods and documenting this.

    Your stakeholder management skills are essential here alongside your ability to draw out from the business methodologies and documenting them.

    You will need a good understanding of housing and or finance data and its complexities, as well as technical skills which will support you to document the rules needed to monitor data.

    Strong excel skills, experience in SQL and developing dashboards in Power BI using Dax is essential.
