    We are looking for an HR generalist to join our EMEA HRBP team, who will be expected to deliver a range of HR support, including the people plan in alignment with the business strategy through to managing more tactical people activities.

    For this role we are looking for someone who is passionate about leveraging data and technology to optimise decision making and the way we work.

    On the one hand, the HR Business partner (HRBP) will partner with an assigned function or subset of a function in the EMEA region to provide comprehensive HR support and guidance.

    The HRBP will also play a pivotal role in contemplating and acting as the champion for the wider HR team in the area of HR data analysis and tools.

    Partner with business leaders to understand their business strategy and implement HR strategies aligned with departmental goals.

    Partnering with the solution providers and/or extended HR teams to discuss, address and provide solutions to the business leaders in all areas of staffing, compensation & benefits, training and talent development.

    Provide guidance and support to management on a broad range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.

    Drive the employee lifecycle management actions for the supported business group(s) you partner with.

    Partner with global and regional HR teams on alignment of HR initiatives, business group support and issues/escalations and ensuring local alignment to international/global objectives.

    Act as the go to for the HR team on best practices regarding technology and tools.

    Participate in, and lead, ad-hoc HR projects related to business transformation, employee engagement, well-being, and other topics in the HR field.

    Stay current on HR trends and best practices in support of the wider HR team.
    Champion the use of HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decision making and enhance HR effectiveness.

    Bachelor degree, or equivalent, in industrial /organisational psychology, data science, international employment law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    Fluency in English.
    Willingness to travel up to 25%

    You have a profound interest in data analysis and in making data driven decisions, HR technology and optimizing HR processes.

    You easily navigate the usual office tools and one or more data analysis applications.
    Excellent communication skills in English. The ability to communicate in German or French is considered a valuable asset in this role.
    You have a true interest for drawing actionable insights from raw information and data.

    You have a good understanding of the employment legislative framework across EMEA.

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
