Our client, Lyco Group Ltd is one of the UK's leading lighting companies, working with many top brand hotel and leisure groups amongst other key accounts.
Lyco has an excellent reputation for providing innovative products across several channels to market which include B2C and B2B, both online and offline.
As a result of growth within the business, Lyco are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Projects team and drive development of the B2B Projects channel.
The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude to sales, excellent communication skills and experience in helping companies grow their B2B customer base.
With responsibility for the development of new business and exploring new opportunities for Lyco, you will work with the existing Project sales team to support growth of the business and ensure that opportunities are not missed.
Working as part of Lyco's Project Sales team, you will have the opportunity to:Drive repeat business from clients.
Build relationships and communicate effectively across different departments in the business.
You'll be given the opportunity to grow your skills and be welcomed into a highly motivated team environment.
Competent use of Excel and Outlook.
Experience of working with either wholesale or contractor markets.
