    Business Development Manager. Construction/House Builders
    £45,000 Basic + £55,000 OTE uncapped commission + £5,000 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits. This is a field sales / business development manager role with a rapidly growing organisation selling into the construction sector, including major house builders and construction companies at Group and Regional level. This role offers a clear career path with opportunities to move into Sales Management. This organisation are market leaders in their industry, so it's a brilliant opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that offer thorough training in their sector.

    They are simply looking for the very best Business Development Manager who has experience in the construction / M&E market.

    The role is home based, however you will spend the majority of your week on the road meeting clients.

    This is a consultative business development role and requires an individual that understands the complexities of developing long-term client relationships.

    Above all, you will be an achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role.
