Job Purpose:
Due to an internal promotion, we are excited to be looking for a People & Culture Manager to join our close-knit People team on a maternity cover contract.
Working in partnership with our current People & Culture Manager (who focuses on Italy & UK), the successful candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle for our employees (who we refer to as Thinkers) You will play a key role in supporting projects that will enhance Thinker engagement and wellbeing while acting as a business partner to the Company by providing high-quality and efficient P&C advice and support in a manner that retains and enhances TTT's 'thoughtful' culture.
Reports To:
Head of People & Culture
Finance and People & Culture Assistant (Greece)
Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Managers, Thinkers, Contractors
Ensure the harmonisation of our three geographic locations (e.g. alignment of HR and payroll processes)
Developing, communicating and implementing new policies
Recruitment
Managing and planning the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Payroll, reward and benefits
Leading the delivery of monthly payroll processes in Greece and working in partnership with the People & Culture Manager (Italy & UK), liaising with outsourced payroll providers in each country
Oversight and, in conjunction with the People & Culture Coordinator, administration of pension and benefits schemes
Supporting the annual pay review process with responsibility for salary benchmarking
HR Operations
Support the refinement of our HRIS (Zoho People), including regular data cleansing
Developing reporting on P&C KPIs, providing analysis and recommendations
Supporting the Head of People & Culture with budgeting, headcount planning processes and monthly Board reporting
Leading the annual Employee Engagement Survey
Supporting SLT and Social Committee with employee engagement initiatives (e.g. welcome lunches and social events, 'Surprise and Delight' scheme)
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Ensuring communications use gender-neutral and non-discriminatory language
Organising training for Thinkers on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Demonstrable generalist HR experience at Advisor / Senior Advisor level
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and good practice, with the ability to deliver advice on a range of HR issues
Experienced in providing European HR support (Greece preferred) with a working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and working practices
Knowledge and experience of leading payroll processes with outsourced payroll providers
Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)
