    Are you ready to guide our People & Culture team and Operational Management community? As our People & Culture Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.

    From employee relations to performance management, your expertise will guide our management team's to success.

    Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.


    • Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations, managing HR systems, and delivering detailed reports.
    • Providing proactive advice and guidance on all HR matters to senior leadership and management.
    • Supervising payroll processing and providing support to staff on wage-related inquiries.
    • Proven experience as a HR professional with excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
    • Business acumen, data analysis skills, and a commitment to ethical standards.
    • CIPD qualification with evidence of continuous professional development.
    Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.


    • Previous experience managing TUPE situations and counseling senior management.
