    Description

    Our payroll team work closely with a range of internal stakeholders, across Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Operational Risk and the business, as well as external payroll vendors to ensure smooth running of the payroll process.

    Using a combination of prior Payroll experience and a strong learning mindset, you will work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely, accurate running of the Payroll process in line with country specific rules and regulations.

    Experience of the end-to-end payroll processes
    Coordinating post payroll and year end reporting obligations
    Ad-hoc query resolution and mailbox management
    Actively managing risk and compliance with our policies
    Supporting audits and reviews& maintaining process documentation

    Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
    One wellbeing leave day per year and minimum 25 days of annual leave.
