    Senior Recruiter - Contract Desk (French Speaker Ideal)

    Financial Services

    • Are you looking for an opportunity to be involved in building out a Contract desk, helping shape the direction that the desk grows in globally?
    • Do you want to make your mark on a Recruitment business, building your commercial acumen, leadership and entrepreneurial skills as you progress through the ranks?

    We are looking to add Senior Recruiters who place Contractors into one of our verticals (NOT recruiters who work on a contract basis) to build on a strong foundation of contracts business allowing us to further service an increasing demand from our clients within Financial Services sectors. Please note we also have opportunities open in Manhattan, Santa Monica, Boston and Frankfurt

    We are looking at all levels whether you are early in your Recruitment journey but can already see blockers in your current company or you have several years' experience as a Senior Recruiter working a Contract Desk and have hit a ceiling in your current role.

    What we are looking for in a Senior Recruiter:

    • You will come from a Financial services or Life Sciences recruitment background
    • You will have a minimum of 2 years experience placing contractors into European or US Regions
    • You will have a minimum of 2 years working a full 360 Contract Desk
    • The role will suit Recruiters with an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • You are naturally competitive and goal-driven.
    • You are curious and inquisitive.
    • You strive to continuously learn.
    • You excel in a fast-paced environment.
