    Health and Safety Manager
    Our client is an industry-leading main contractor specialising in industrial and logistic projects across the East Midlands.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our client's team in Derby.

    As a Health and Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our workforce across a range of prestigious projects.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to take the next step in their career, with scope to progress to Senior Health and Safety Manager within our organisation.

    Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations.
    # Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, implementing appropriate control measures.
    # Provide advice and guidance to project teams on health and safety matters, promoting a culture of safety excellence.
    # Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees at all levels.
    # Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

    NVQ Level 6, degree, or diploma in Health and Safety (or equivalent).
    Proven experience in a health and safety management role within the construction or related industry.
    Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
    NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification (desirable).
    Competitive salary between £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
