    We work extensively with Swawou School in Sierra Leone, which we established to provide education for 120 girls, and on an ongoing basis we underwrite the school's costs.

    We are looking for an experienced and talented Team Leader, responsible for leading, motivating and monitoring the sales activities and performance of the Lexology Panoramic business development team.

    This is a hybrid role requiring both account management and new business skills across a defined set of geographical territories and products.

    You would be responsible for nurturing and closing new business prospects, whilst also using your relationship management and negotiation skills to upsell and renew existing clients via telephone / screenshare presentations and email communications.

    The role provides significant opportunity for international travel.
    Renew and grow existing accounts and generate new business across a selection of international jurisdictions and products, including several key clients
    Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts to management
    Minimum 3 years of B2B sales / account management experience
    Minimum 1 years' line management experience
    Previous experience selling marketing solutions within the legal or professional services market is desirable, but not essential
    A first-class track record of sales performance, excellent rapport building, negotiation, and communication skills
    Strong management skills with the ability to motivate team members, manage performance, and contribute to a culture of sales excellence
    Experience of using a CRM system is desirable, but not essential
