- Regularly engage with Partners to manage client portfolios and update on status
- Generate initial billing drafts and miscellaneous reports
- Manage the editing and completion of billing drafts
- Issue invoices and manage billing communications with Attorneys
- Handle all billing inquiries from international offices
- Coordinate with Partners on the status of outstanding invoices and ensure timely client payments
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices as needed
- Approve and review expense reports
- Gather data for annual P11d documentation
- Occasionally fill in for the Accounts Coordinator as needed
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity within a law firm
- Knowledge in both billing and accounting is preferred
- Familiarity with Solicitors Accounts Rules, AML regulations, and VAT procedures
