- Playing a key role in the finance transformation team focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and process improvements
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to develop new and efficient processes and support growth in new business areas
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance processes
- Monitoring efficiency and ensuring teams are meeting key Service Level Agreements
- Leading innovative solutions to drive forward efficiency and change programmes Qualifications Who we're looking for:
- Ideally you will have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- A track record of delivering success in project and operational management ensuring lessons are learnt and communicated at the end of the project
- Experience and understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders to support projects and bring about positive change
