    VRJAM is a trailblazing tech platform specializing in virtual events and immersive content creation driven by AI and Web3 technology.     Role Description

    This role is ideal for an Associate Founder who craves challenges and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. The Associate Founder will lead project management and team coordination while spearheading commercial operations for the launch of our innovative AI product suite. Collaborating closely with the CEO and other C-suite executives, the Associate Founder will play a key role in shaping the company's trajectory and fostering future growth.


    Qualifications

    • Previous background in entrepreneurship, sales, or business development
    • A strong dedication to building a top-tier career in cutting-edge B2B technology
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in project management and team leadership
    • Expertise in multitasking and maintaining precision across multiple projects simultaneously
    • Passion for new technologies, gaming, and immersive experiences
    • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
    • Basic understanding of software app development and consumer app product lifecycle
    • MBA or degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred
    • Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is advantageous
    • Proficiency in creating compelling presentation materials and pitches for client acquisition and investor relations
