    Responsibilities:

    Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Ruby on Rails applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and implement solutionsWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standardsConduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team membersOptimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as neededStay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Ruby on Rails development Requirements:7+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails developmentStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patternsProficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQLExperience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React is a plus.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
