    Description

    Fantastic opportunity for someone within customer success or sales progressing to come in and support the sales operations for my construction client.

    Based in Reading, Full-time on site role

    Responsibilities

    • To process a wide diverse portfolio of projects within the UK
    • Ensure the Sales Order Processing procedures and protocols are followed
    • Gain an understanding of individual projects, its background, commercially analysis, technically review understand the external teams involved and the project overall, this will then allow you to manage and process orders to the correct level, thus maximising sales.
    • To process a wide range of customer orders effectively and accurately, from smaller to larger complex orders, dealing effectively with key departments in the Reading Sales Office, all SAS factories, including the customer with an emphasis on accuracy
    • Liaise with SAS's transport departments to organise appropriate transportations to suit the customers/projects needs
    • Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner, whilst liaising with colleagues to resolve issues promptly
    • Liaise with the SOP technical team for any additional technical solutions or technical advice required, organise handover meetings with the Technical and Estimating departments, to maximise sales and to address the projects technical needs
    • Manage and support the team daily, to ensure orders are processed correctly whilst supporting the staff technically & commercially.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Happy with working on site Full-time (no hybrid or remote)
    • Experience in Manufacturing, Sales Processing or Construction.
    • Understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
    • Computer Literate - MS Suite specifically.
    • Strong verbal and written communication.
    • Experience managing customers.
