    Job Description:
    We are seeking a skilled IT Service Support Analyst to join our dynamic team at ARDEX.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to the business, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

    This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

    As a problem solver, you will responsibly maintain the integrity and availability of IT systems, analysis of data, utilise and develop technologies to enable business operations to function efficiently.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Ensuring the security and integrity of the IT systems is always maintainedTroubleshoot, analyse, and resolve IT related incidentsInstall, configure, and proactively maintain all IT hardware, software, systems, and peripheralsProvide an exceptional customer service - in person, via phone, email, and other forms of communicationDocumentation of systems, network, user, and reference guidesUser administration and maintenanceMaintain records of company IT assets and software licenses to ensure complianceCreation of purchase requisitions for IT hardware & software and receipt of purchased goodsManaging backups and performing restore verification testing.

    Ensuring integrity of backup proceduresContinue to develop IT skills and maintain a technical awareness of changes in existing and future technologiesUndertake small to medium IT projects where requiredTo evaluate and provide technical input for upgrades to hardware/software and leading on their implementationAssist/lead in the implementation and setup of new systems and extensions to the Company's systemsTo initiate and respond to support calls to external Systems Suppliers and Systems MaintainersAssist with internal user relocation, onboarding and offboarding of employeesPrepare and develop reports by collecting, analysing, summarising informationAssist as required, in producing training documentation or 'on the job' training where requiredActively work to drive improvements, cost efficiency and performance within the business.

    Provide support cover outside of contracted hoursTo develop and build good working relationships within the department and business.

    Maintain quality standards as specified in the Company Quality PolicyRequirements:
    At least 1 year of experience in IT services or technical support role.

    A strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networkingAbility to self-learn, research, develop, and evaluate suitability of new technologiesAbility to stay composed and implementation of solutions whilst under pressureAbility to Analyse, understand and author presentation of dataA full driving license.

    You may be required to travel to our other site on occasion
