    Description
    The company is a well known business with recognition world wide in the retail industry.

    With a headcount of 30 employees and looking to scale, this role is Headquartered in London, the company is known for its high-quality consumer goods and its commitment to innovation.

    R. metrics to provide reports to senior management on key issues (e.g., R. responsibilities to line managers and building leadership capability
    Being aware of and managing litigation risks
    Ensuring employee compliance with Company policies and procedures
    Being accountable for Company compliance with current regulations, professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation
    Providing expert professional advice to senior management on all areas of H.including payroll, learning and development, H.R. policy and best practice and development
    Supporting senior management on employee engagement
    Supporting payroll in monitoring holiday entitlement, attendance and sickness, maternity leave etc.
    Managing the roll out of training across the business (e.g. resilience, Insights etc.)
    Delivering training on issues on areas such as workplace respect and equality
    Liaising with senior management on all potential recruitment
    Overseeing the development and implementation of an effective talent pipeline and succession planning.
    Designing and leading a performance review programme, which supports continuous development for all employees.
    Overseeing the creation of training and development plans for employees
    Championing a high-performance culture
    Supporting on performance improvement plans
    Reviewing and managing Company employee programmes, staff benefits and packages.
    Agreeing relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for incentive schemes, where appropriate
    Ensuring the efficient management of annual H.Forming strong relationships with Senior Managers and Executives to ensure the H.Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations, human resource management principles and best practice
