    Position:

    Do you possess a passion for exquisite gems and the discerning clientele who treasure them? Then step into the dazzling world of fine jewellery as our Deputy ManagerAbout the Role:In this exciting role, you'll be the right hand to the Store Director, playing a vital part in the success of our fine jewellery boutique.

    You'll wear many hats, from driving exceptional sales and building lasting client relationships to fostering a vibrant and motivated team environment.

    Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients, driving customer loyalty and repeat business.
    Provide on-the-job training and support, ensuring product knowledge and sales techniques are at the highest level.


    Operations and Administration:
    Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and presentation.
    Manage daily cash handling and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    Contribute to store merchandising and window displays, showcasing the jewellery in a captivating way.
    Attend industry events and training sessions, staying abreast of current trends and market knowledge.
    Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within the fine jewellery industry.
    Natural leadership qualities, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
    Impeccable product knowledge and understanding of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery trends.
    The candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in jewellery and management.
