    The Potential Opportunity

    We are now in the middle of 2024, time sure does fly! Speaking of flying, although we're not searching for a pilot, we're on the lookout for a Resourcing and Talent Attraction Specialist to accompany us on our exciting journey.

    • Take charge of attracting and recruiting diverse talent for various job roles within our Academic & Research, Technical, and Administrative and Professional job families.

    Stationed in the Central Resourcing Team, you'll have a key role in enhancing our services for central departments, covering Digital and Technology, Education, and People sectors.

    About You

    If you excel in navigating the intricate landscape of public sector recruitment, have a knack for attracting diverse talent, and possess in-depth knowledge of UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) matters, especially in candidate sponsorship, then you're the ideal candidate we seek.

    • Display a strong commitment to excellence, adaptability to change, and the ability to lead a dynamic team efficiently. Your exceptional communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and issue resolution to ensure our team's continuous growth.

    For more details on the requirements, refer to the person specification section in the job description. The criteria include 10 essentials covering experience, knowledge, and soft skills. While experience in Higher Education is preferred, it's not mandatory.
