    Compliance Monitoring Manager

    General Insurance

    London (Hybrid, min 1 day per week in the office)

    £60k - £75k + bonus + benefits

    This InsurTech doesn't stand still. Their customer base is growing rapidly both here in the UK and internationally. And that means you'll enjoy a varied and challenging role that will always be interesting and rewarding.

    The Risk & Compliance team is also growing, as demonstrated by this newly created role, meaning there's plenty of scope for you to progress.

    And they have a really flexible working policy. You can go into the office as little as 1 day a week, or as much as every day, whatever suits you and your circumstances best.

    You'll be responsible for executing the Compliance Monitoring Plan, reporting on the management of key compliance risks and the effectiveness of the business' control framework. You'll also manage the incident reporting process keeping senior management aware of any regulatory breaches and support the business in resolving incidents.

    In addition, you'll support the business with its Consumer Duty compliance requirements and maintain adherence to SMCR requirements. You'll also develop and deliver Compliance training across all levels of the business.

    You'll have several years' Regulatory Compliance experience within a general insurance business and have a good working knowledge of ICOBS regulations. You'll also have a very good understanding of Consumer Duty and ideally also SMCR regulations.
