    Compliance Monitoring Manager

    Financial Services

    London (Hybrid, min 1 day per week in the office)

    £60k - £75k + bonus + benefits

    The Insurance Compliance world is usually a closed shop beyond entry level, meaning opportunities like this don't come around very often at all

    So, if you're interested in making the move from another Financial Services sector into Insurance, this is your chance.

    And this firm also offers a really flexible working policy. You can go into the office as little as 1 day a week, or as much as every day, whatever suits you and your circumstances best.

    This InsurTech doesn't stand still. Their customer base is growing rapidly both here in the UK and internationally. And that means you'll enjoy a varied and challenging role that will always be interesting and rewarding.

    You'll be responsible for executing the Compliance Monitoring Plan, reporting on the management of key compliance risks and the effectiveness of the business' control framework. You'll also manage the incident reporting process keeping senior management aware of any regulatory breaches and support the business in resolving incidents.

    In addition, you'll support the business with its Consumer Duty compliance requirements and maintain adherence to SMCR requirements. You'll also develop and deliver Compliance training across all levels of the business.

    You'll have several years' Regulatory Compliance experience within a Financial Services business and have a good working knowledge of Consumer Duty regulations. Any experience of SMCR requirements would be advantageous, whilst excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
