    Description
    The shifting landscape of strategic asset management is a challenge.

    Platform Housing Group are searching for a dynamic leader to navigate those challenges and to champion the delivery of a customer-first housing experience.

    Platform Housing Group are one of the largest housing associations in the UK owning and managing over 48,000 homes across the Midlands from Herefordshire in the West to the Lincolnshire coast in the East, and from the Derbyshire Dales in the North to the Cotswolds in the South.

    They serve 120,000 customers across a property portfolio worth £2.4bn.

    As their strategic lead for all things asset management you will be a proven leader ideally with strong experience in either the Housing or wider Real Estate sector.

    They also offer supported housing schemes and retirement living accommodation right across their regions. Contribute to corporate governance by providing guidance and advice to the Board and associated committees.
    Asset & Portfolio management

    Align Asset Management function with the wider business to optimize business processes.
    Develop and implement effective Asset Management Strategy for short, medium, and long term.
    Lead asset valuation, disposal, and investment strategies.
    Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders and manage financial discussions affecting property management.
    Financial Management and Compliance

    Oversee budgets for the Asset Management directorate, ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
