    Description
    The role of Aftercare Team Managerwill include:
  • Manage a team of staff to ensure a responsive, high quality after care service in line with organisational and customer needs
  • Arrange and attend regular inspections, including 12 and 24 month inspections, to gain further understanding of defects
  • Oversee and manage defect resolution on all new build properties
  • Collate and monitor all defects reported via the CSC department
  • Ensure all defects are completed in line with legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe and compliant homes and communities

    • Skills and experiences:

  • Literacy and Numeracy to A Level / NVQ equivalent
  • Recent experience in undertaking a similar role
  • Proven experience of working within housing and construction
  • Proven experience of delivering services within budget
