    Location: Work from Home - Train in Grimsby Job Overview

    This is a remote position that requires training in our Grimsby Office. Travel and accommodation will be provided if over 30 miles and 1.5 hours travel time. Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to training.

    Takepayments is a dynamic and rapidly growing company dedicated to providing top quality merchant services. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Reseller Development Manager to join our team. As part of our Reseller Team, you will play a crucial role in managing all new Re-Seller partners for the first 3 months of them joining the Reseller Channel – their Graduation period. The duties will consist of completing their initial sales training, weekly review meetings, sales coaching and being on hand for reactive questions/queries.

    Responsibilities for our Reseller Development Manager:

    • To arrange and deliver all training for new Re-Seller partners.
    • To schedule weekly review calls with new partners to assess performance, knowledge and competence, application quality and resolve any early-life issues. A summary of key actions weekly to be shared with the partner and Re-Seller Enablement Manager.
    • Be a regular point of contact and escalation for new Re-Seller partners.
    • Be responsible for identifying coaching gaps or blind-spots in the initial graduation period
    • Gain a strong understanding of the Re-Seller partner's business to held identify ways in which they can succeed in payments.
    • Complete a Graduation sign off process with all new partners which will include the partner meeting KPIs around Sales performance, competence and application quality.
    • Identify any areas of concern during the graduation period such as customer complaints and engage the Re-Seller partner, agreeing appropriate actions.

    Requirements for our Reseller Development Manager:

    • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate different systems and software.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Sales Coaching Experience
    • Client/Account Management Experience
    • Partnership and Relationship Management Experience
    • Colleague or Partner Training and Development Experience
