    MANCHESTER -HEAD OFFICE BASED

    Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking company located in North Manchester are a leader in the design, sourcing, marketing and selling of licensed clothing, mens/ ladies wear, their company is dedicated to creating trendsetting and quality sports/ fashion products that resonate with their diverse customer base.

    They are now seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager who has come from a sportswear background to join their team and lead the charge in defining and promoting a major brands in the UK such as REEBOK/ DKNY and many more.

    Craft success by developing and executing winning marketing strategies across all channels and platforms
    Stay ahead with market insights, research trends and seize growth opportunities
    Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the brand's performance and make data-driven decisions
    Create brand consistency by overseeing advertising, product design, and other marketing activities
    Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
    Make decisions about the cost of branding and analysing trends in customer spending
    Organise and oversee events such as product launches, PR shows, and photo shoots to promote the brand
    Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
    Aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the client's brand identity
    Develop custom marketing and advertising strategies
    Manage CRM platform
    Write briefs for creative teams and work with them to achieve the desired outcome
    Collaborate with advertising agencies to plan and oversee marketing campaigns that effectively promote the brands
    Collaborate with other teams to achieve business-wide marketing goals
    Proven experience in brand marketing management within the sportswear / fashion industry
    Proficiency in marketing tools and software
    Demonstrated ability to drive creativity and innovation in branding


    Skills and qualities:
    Experience in B2B MARKETING ideally from a sports license background in all marketing including online and offline/ graphic
    Comfort with CRM software/ social media
    In-depth understanding of the brands current products and future concepts
    Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
