- Engage with business across the UK, focussing on our key areas - Manchester, Nottingham and London
- Book in new client meetings for the Recruitment Directors and delivery teams
- Build a pipeline of new clients and recruitment projects for business monthly, quarterly
- Research new client leads, industry trends to drive the client pipeline
- Build our CRM system
- Sell our temporary, contract, and permanent service lines to new potential clients
- Contacting via telephone, email, CRM, and marketing software to potential new clients
- Showcasing our available talent to the market to drive new business
- Support with attending and pitch sales presentations to win new business.
- Contact existing clients to cross-sell all services.
- Negotiate with new clients/business opportunities.
- Creative with your business / sale approach and possess strong commercial awareness
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Business Development/sales role, preferably in a B2B, business services setting.
- Good use of IT with a focus on CRM databases, marketing software, and MS Excel.
- It would be advantageous to understand recruitment agency process and services, how temporary, contract, and permanent staffing supply works

We are looking for a business development professional who will work as an integral part of the team to drive awareness of our services, book meetings for the delivery team / Directors, win new clients along with creating new business opportunities for temporary and permanent staffing. We are looking for a talented, creative, and ambitious business development professional who is proactive and creative.
The position has a scope to grow and progress into a Business Development Manager, as the business continues to grow and delivers its strategy.
