    Service Manager - Stowmarket & Needham Market
    ~ Service Manager - Stowmarket & Needham Market

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Permanent Service Manager to oversee our supported living services based in Stowmarket and Needham Market.

    You will not hold the registration for the services but will be responsible for the day to day operation of the services and ensuring they meet regulatory standards.

    This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to step into a Service Manager position in future.
    Mencap delivers high quality personalised support to people with a learning disability and their families. Leading dedicated teams of Support Workers, we are looking for an energetic and confident Service Manager.

    Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you'll be accountable for the people management and development across the service teams.

    This is a key role in guaranteeing the quality of our service delivery and ensuring that we are always improving.
