    Kickstart Administrator – Recruitment Sector – Overview of the business:

    Over the 5 years we have been established we have grown a strong and successful customer base ranging Global leaders to high growth start ups from our Manchester office and we are looking to add a Sales Operations/ Administrator to further our support our growth both in the UK and Internationally.

    Kickstart Administrator – Recruitment Sector –

    Job Purpose:

    Working across the different sales functions for the business you will be an integral part of a team that is responsible for the office running as efficiently as possible, enabling the billing consultants to capitalize on every opportunity.

    Kickstart Administrator – Recruitment Sector- Duties and Responsibilities:

    General office/administration duties – including front of house responsibilities, managing office supplies, supporting the facilities function within the office, and 1st line support for consultants.

    – Sales operations and support including sales reporting, documentation and working closely with Senior Consultants and leadership team on adhoc sales support requirements.
    – Co-ordination of sales resources, including responsibilities for growth of the database through sourcing of and adding of relevant data, whilst monitoring and maintaining quality.
    – Using research tools provided (LinkedIn & other in-house software) to map out markets, identify candidates, client opportunities and adding information to the database to be followed up.
    – Supporting internal recruitment campaigns by drafting and placing adverts to attract candidates, co-ordination of assessment days then supporting the onboarding process for new starters.
    Kickstart Administrator – Recruitment Sector – Skills and Experience:

    We are looking for demonstrable skills in the area below, ideally backed up by some real life experience in an office or other relevant commercial environment.

    – Good communication, collaborative approach and relationship-building skills
    – IT skills (Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook, in particular)
