    Global FP&A DirectorBiotech ManufacturingLondon (Hybrid)£130,000 - £150,000 + BonusWe are pleased to be partnered with a globally recognized Private Equity backed organization operating at the cutting edge of Biotech research and Manufacturing, currently going through an exciting period of growth.

    They have recently merged two large global business units across 17 sites, with the view to streamline processes and workflow.

    The current need is for someone to implement the consolidation of these units from a finance perspective, across processes and a diverse set of ERP systems, reporting tools and lots of interaction with IT to draw real-time data from all systems.

    This is a high-pace role and the ideal candidate will have proven experience carrying out a similar project in a large global company (with US company experience), in a PE background and that has helped integrate in a post-acquisition environment.


    Additional Requirements:
    Lead the global FP&A functionManage and develop direct reports, including budgeting, staffing, training, performance evaluations, mentoring, and coachingProven experience working in a truly global businessProven experience working with US listed / Blue Chip companiesDemonstratable experience in consolidation business units including systems / processes etcPnL modellingForecasting processes Forecasting systems implementationGroup reporting (margin reporting)

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.10+ years of financial experience, including a combination of public accounting and private industry roles.3+ years in a senior management or Director position.

    Expert understanding of Finance ERP systems, financial accounting, FP&A, budgeting/forecasting, and operations support.
