    The Role

    The role of the Product Assistant is to support the Product and Supply Team with the day to day management of all of YGT contracted ground supply stock including hotel and golf course rates loading, allocations,special offers, stop sales.

    This is a key role within the Product and Supply team, and we are looking for an individual who is self motivated and proactive, has great organisational and numerical skills, works well as part of a team and possesses a strong work ethic.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the loading of all hotel, golf package, green fee and transfer rates in our selling system and website, prioritising our key premium and tier one suppliers.
    • Assist with the loading of all stop sales received from suppliers in an effective manner.
    • Support the loading of all special offers and campaigns, to maximise the revenue and GM uplift to the business.
    • Assist with the management of all hotel/golf allocations loaded within our selling system.
    • Carry out quality checking to ensure accuracy and identify any problems with the data loaded.
    • Support the mapping of ResConnect to maintain accurate web pricing.
    • Support user acceptance testing and regression testing for any system changes or developments for the team.
    • Support the sales team with any queries and resolving issues to unblock quotes & bookings.
    • To work closely with the Product managers and other key departments to ensure good communication is maintained.

    Requirements

    • G Suite experience an advantage
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Strong team player
    • Previous experience in an administration role an advantage
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Adaptable, proactive and solutions focussed
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Language skills an advantage
    • Knowledge or an interest in golf an advantage
