    We are currently recruiting for our Accountancy client, who are looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to join their close knit team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will act as a linchpin, ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's learning initiatives. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the professional growth of colleagues and the overall success of the organisation.

    This role is designed for those who are passionate about learning and development, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will provide administrative support with the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating mandatory and specialist training for new starters, and ensuring compliance with continuous professional development requirements. The role includes maintaining training reports and contributing to the organisation of large events and face to face sessions, including facilitation and feedback. The Profile:
    - Proven experience in Learning & Development Administration ideally in professional services or a corporate environment
    - Good knowledge of LMS platforms and analytics for reporting
    - Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    - Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate at all levels with confidence.
