    Description

    Liberty Hygiene, the largest independent Washroom Hygiene company in the South of England, is currently recruiting for a skilled and detail-oriented Key Commercial Administrator to join our team in Rayleigh, Essex. Dedicated to upholding the highest hygiene standards, Liberty Hygiene is committed to delivering exceptional services to large cleaning and facility management companies.

    Position: Key Commercial Administrator – Washroom Services

    Responsibilities:

    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commercial team, focusing on servicing large cleaning and facility management companies.

    Assist in the management and coordination of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely communication.

    Process orders, invoices, and contracts with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.

    Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to foster and maintain strong client relationships.

    Respond promptly to client inquiries and proactively address and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Maintain precise records and documentation related to commercial accounts.

    Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.

    Enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations through proactive support.

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in commercial administration, preferably within the washroom services industry.

    Strong organisational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.

    Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

    Previous experience working with large cleaning and facility management companies is advantageous.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
