- Organize training programs to boost employee awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage incident reporting and investigation processes, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to HSEQ activities.
- Supervise office administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Lead office staff, offering guidance and assistance to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to tackle HSEQ issues and integrate safety practices into daily activities.
- Keep abreast of regulatory updates and industry best practices, adjusting policies and procedures accordingly.
- Prior experience in HSEQ management, preferably in the facilities management or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HSEQ management software is a plus.
