- The successful applicant will have at least 4 years commercial/e-commerce marketing experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including performance marketing & CRM and critical marketing metrics (ROAS, CPQV, impressions, CRM OR, CTR etc)
- Understanding of on-site commercial performance metrics (traffic, orders, revenue & conversion)
- Strong creative flair with excellent attention to detail
- Passionate with high energy levels – ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Commercially driven and comfortable with "the numbers"
- Team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Succinct and clear communication style
- Self-reliant – takes accountability and responsibility
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- A university degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing and/or Retail
