    Food and Beverage Supervisor – Maldron Hotel Liverpool City

    We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Supervisor in the excellent Maldron Hotel Liverpool City

    With a prime location near the Liverpool waterfront, this 268 bedroomed hotel is the first in the city for Dalata Hotel Group, the fastest growing hotel chain in the UK. And with a variety of bedroom options, an exciting Meeting & Events product as well as a spacious, contemporary Bar which will become a hotspot in the city, the hotel is on track to become one of Liverpool's most favourite leisure and business destinations

    We are seeking an energetic and experienced F&B Supervisor who will embody our culture and values, and really represent Maldron Liverpool City by leading their team from the front and by driving outstanding guest experience.

    Objective of the Role

    Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the F&B Supervisor will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
    • Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
    • Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
    • Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

    Requirements:

    • Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
    • Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
    • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
    • Micros Experience would be preferable.
