    Operations Administrator - London, United Kingdom - Legal & General

    As a growing suburban rental housing business in the UK we'll offer a best in class product, exceptional service as an institutional landlord and a long-term, reliable service proposition for customers that enhance and strengthen the communities we build over the long-term.

    To provide administrative and process support to the Operations team to achieve high service standards and drive performance of our residential rental portfolio, including all aspects of new development set up and housing management processes, including site visits.

    Supporting with housing development monitoring, building and maintaining a complete record of property details, liaison with housebuilders and liaison with our appointed letting and management agents.

    Organising, attending and taking minutes at meetings, processing invoices and compiling reports, to provide effective administrative support for the mobilisation and operational functions of our housing management team.

    Update and maintain our Asset Management database, to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

    Manage the collection and verification of sustainability and social impact data, to enable adherence with internal reporting requirements and monitoring of portfolio ESG performance.

    Coordinate the procurement of homes specification fixture and fittings including sourcing, contract placement and managing relationships with key suppliers for the improvement of our product delivery.

    Review the performance of products and the service provided to customers to ensure that expected and acceptable standards are achieved.

    Good IT literacy, with experience in using data management systems, Microsoft office suite and customer facing tech solutions.
    Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
    Experience working with software systems; data input, data cleansing and reporting.
