    Propel is currently collaborating with a leading player in EdTech SaaS. Since their launch, they have scaled the team to over 200 employees and secured in excess of $13 million in funding.     The Role

    As part of their growth, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. You will joining the existing marketing team of 9.

    This role is the linchpin for their existing customer base, with a primary focus on elevating customer relationships through strategic upselling, cross-selling, targeted lifecycle campaigns, and robust retention and engagement initiatives. The essence of this position lies in maximising the value they bring to current customers, ensuring their sustained satisfaction and deepening their engagement with their offerings.

    This role holds a unique position within the broader marketing team of 9 members. While collaborating with the team, this individual will autonomously drive the entire spectrum of customer marketing. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping their customer marketing initiatives, generating an upsell pipeline and ensuring customer happiness.

    In this role, you will be:

    • Full autonomy over Customer Marketing initiatives, demonstrating a self-sufficient capability to oversee strategy, execution, and implementation. A key aspect involves owning the end-to-end process, including the creation of compelling copy.
    • Working closely with the Lead Product Marketing Manager to shape customer marketing strategies
    • Strategising and implementing upsell campaigns through diverse channels
    • Executing expansive customer events to drive engagement
    • Serving as the key marketing liaison with Heads of Account Management
    • Overseeing the customer communications calendar to ensure a cohesive approach
    • Leveraging data insights for continuous optimisation of campaigns
    • Establishing thought leadership initiatives within the customer base
    • Taking on the role of a brand custodian to ensure the desired look and feel in communications

    Key Requirements:

    • Broad B2B Marketing Experience: Demonstrated ability to design and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns.
    • Multichannel Expertise: Proficiency in utilising diverse marketing channels such as Email, Webinars, Events, Content, and Marketing Collateral to engage with B2B audiences.
    • Copywriting: Strong writing skills in crafting persuasive and engaging copy for communications.
    • Familiarity with Marketing Automation Tools: Experience with tools like Gainsight, Hubspot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce is advantageous.

    Important Note: This role primarily focuses on existing customer marketing rather than acquiring new customers. Candidates should have an interest in shifting their focus to nurturing and retaining existing customer relationships.
