    As a Senior Manager in Valuations, you will play a pivotal role in our clients Finance and Valuations team.

    You will be responsible for overseeing the valuation of assets, assessing financial models, and providing critical insights that drive informed financial decision-making.

    The successful candidate will have extensive experience in valuations, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to lead a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Perform valuations of various assets, including but not limited to businesses, intellectual property, real estate, and financial instruments, using various valuation methods and techniques.


    Financial Modeling:
    Develop and maintain complex financial models to support valuation analyses and assist in forecasting future financial performance.

    Team Leadership:

    Lead a team of valuations professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional growth.

    Conduct thorough due diligence on clients and their assets to ensure accurate valuations and assess potential risks.

    Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards in all valuation activities.

    Quality Assurance:
    Implement quality control processes to maintain the accuracy and consistency of valuation methodologies and results.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as legal, accounting, and sales to provide valuations support for various business activities.

    Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree and relevant professional certifications (CFA, ASA, CVA, or similar) are highly desirable.

    Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methods.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
    Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    Proficiency in valuation software and tools. #
