Customer Service Advisor Apprenticeship

The Role of a Vehicle Service Advisor:
As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will develop the ability to interpret customer and business needs using technology and resources to deliver first-class customer service. The role of a Service Advisor typically involves:
Working Week
A typical working week could be 40 hours Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. However, each of our Dealers will have different requirements.
All learners will be required to work the minimum apprenticeship duration of 30 hours per week. At least 20% of your working hours will be allocated to 'off-the-job' training. You will learn more about the working hours during the recruitment process.
Your Development and Future Prospects
The Programme typically lasts for 14 months and you'll achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
We will support you to gain your Functional Skills, Core Skills in Scotland, if you require them in Maths and English.
All of our Apprentices are employed through the Dealer Network and attend week-long block training at our state-of-the-art Training Centre in Coventry.
Block training is complemented by a combination of regular coaching visits from one of our experienced Coaches as well as Virtual Classroom sessions and E-Learning modules.
Your development is supported through your Stellantis Apprenticeship journey, with your learning focused towards achieving a qualification recognised across the motor industry. This will provide the foundation to develop your career, as there are lots of opportunities within our expanding Dealer Network to progress and move into new roles once you're qualified.
Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
Duration: 14 months
Salary: Our employers determine the level of pay our learners receive. All employers are required to pay, at least, The National Apprenticeship Wage of £5.28 per hour.

In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve National 4 or above in English and Maths and either a Science or Technical subject. Standard Grades 1-4 and Intermediates are also accepted.
