    Description
    Effectively managing assigned tasks to contribute to the achievement of agreed customer service level commitments.

    Your duties within the ERIKS International office include:
    Processing and monitoring customer's orders from initial enquiry through to delivery.
    Adhering to overseas customer needs by email and Microsoft Teams.
    Dealing with incoming calls and queries from overseas customers and suppliers.
    Make outgoing telesales calls to customers.
    Sourcing products and services from suppliers via web, email, and Microsoft Teams.

    Contribute to operational effectiveness and planning through provision of information, feedback, and data to branch management in support of customer requirements.

    Always work in a manner that complies with ERIKS' and customer's health & safety policy.
    Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.
