    Vialto UK's global immigration team are hiring.

    This presents an opportunity to join a team of 100 plus immigration specialists working closely with colleagues in Global Tax services to deliver practical global mobility advice with a business focus.

    You will actively work and support the client engagement team to ensure engagement deadlines are met in a timely fashion by managing and being responsible for key client projects.

    You will be involved in assisting with the provision of immigration services, providing advice and assistance to our clients under the supervision of the Managers.

    This will involve liaising with your team members and the client in order to ensure effective, timely and accurate administration of the immigration service/advice.

    Responsible for a varied caseload, providing accurate and timely advice on a wide range of immigration related matters;
    Assisting with the management of projects to ensure deadlines are met;
    Assisting with client engagement accounting, including billing and collection issues;
    Assisting with the risk management checks for new and existing clients;
    Undertaking technical and practical legal research including identification, collation, and distribution of information;

    Mentoring junior team members, undertaking first stage review of their work and developing their technical knowledge and skills; Promoting the immigration practice internally and externally.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' specific experience in private client immigration with further general immigration experience preferable.

    The ability to converse in a foreign language is also of interest. The range of family applications under Appendix FM and Part 8 of the Immigration Rules;
    Visit visa applications;
    Sole representative of overseas business applications;
    Experience with any immigration refusal or ban will be considered a bonus.
    Knowledge of sports immigration would also be of interest.
    Commercial awareness and ability to confidently deal with demanding situations, people and requirements;
    Proficient in use of office software and online research resources.
