    Description

    As the Leadership Development Trainer at SBFM, you will play a vital role in developing our existing managers and preparing our leaders of the future, fostering our growth mindset aligned with SBFM's values and leadership philosophy.

    Reporting to the Head of Learning and Inclusion, you will have a wealth of L&D knowledge and want to make an impact and build something The role will involve collaborating with our Operational, Corporate & HR teams to provide adequate content, which will address leadership and organisational development needs.

    This is a full time position based at our Head Office in Thorpe Park, Leeds. You will also be required to attend a number of our sites nationally, so must be willing to travel


    To design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and support the development of e-learning modules to enhance colleagues' skills and knowledge in management and leadership.

    To lead the delivery of our management and leadership development programs and infuse our company values and leadership philosophy into all training and development activities, fostering a culture of excellence.

    To drive innovation by monitoring, evaluating, and using the technology available to enhance the training programs and ensure alignment with the business strategy.

    Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across various teams, including corporate and operational teams.

    To support with implementing initiatives focused on improving diversity, equity and inclusion.

    Support the execution of internal and external-facing social impact initiatives that are pragmatic, consistent with company culture, and scalable.

    To deliver additional ad-hoc bespoke training courses in other subject areas, as required by the business.
    Teaching Qualification at Level 3 or above.
    Level 2 Functional Skills or equivalent.
    Ability to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years Leadership and Management skills training delivery experience.
    Willingness to travel across company sites when required.
    Experience of content and curriculum development, ensuring our training materials are top-notch.
