    Description
    HTC is a privately owned group which began in 1970 under the Vales Group of companies in Watford, Herts. They were one of the first dealers to take on a DAF franchise in the UK.

    The company was acquired by Ballyvesey Holdings in 2007, a privately owned group established in 1970 whose main activities are in road transport, trailer manufacturing, vehicle and construction equipment sales and supportive services to the road transport industry.

    Service Administrator - Reading - up to 34k DOEMon to Fri 08:30-17:00As the Service Administrator you will be responsible for:Provide administration support to the service and workshop teamsEnsure customers receive all associated service documentsRaise invoices and job order numbersOrder PPE clothing for onsite staffBook services, repairs, MOT's for company fleetKeep customers up to date with the breakdowns (ie parts on order)

    Submit warranty claims to suppliersEnter and send invoices via sageFile & archive invoicesAs the Service Administrator you will have the following:
    Previous automotive administration experience in a similar roleI.T skills – Excel, word, Outlook and Kerridge would be advantageous. Training will be giving on the internal systems.
