We are currently looking for a Senior Buyer.

An industry pro with a vast array of procurement experience, ideally within the new build housing sector, be it from a developer or main contractor background.

As with all Senior Buyer positions, the role is so much more than throwing cash across the table and making a few purchases.

The full range of duties will be involved here, from strategic sourcing (identifying and selecting suitable suppliers), through supplier management (managing key relationships and key negotiations), to contract negotiations, cost management, risk management and collaboration with other departments.

The Senior Buyer will be familiar with taking an instrumental role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services essential for successful delivery whilst strategically managing the supply chain and mitigating risks to support overall business goals and objectives.

The post holder will be supported with any necessary development or training required along the way and backed by a strong team who support each other at every turn.
